- New POEA contract with stamp
- Embarkation History

- Latest Proof of Billing
Need (1) Co-Borrower: (21 to 64 yrs old)
*(If married) spouse or common law partner: 2 govt ids, 2pcs 2×2 pics, marriage cert or birth cert of child
*(If single) sibling or parent: 2 govt ids, 2pcs 2×2 pics
